I just felt that while i'm sat here for another 10 days waiting for the deadline to approach, i may as well put the cat amongst the pigeons and send it over to Cobbets and see what happens. I have my 3rd claim that is now over 7k in total.. In have just filled out my AQ from the court, and have put on there that i wish it to be heard in small claims. This basically keeps the costs as if it were small claims. I would recommend that you keep it as a whole claim and carry on as if it were Small claims. Cross each bridge as you come to it.
