  1. I didjust that today Fendy. I am sat on my AQ and reply to the defence and my deadline is 16th March...So i faxed them a letter basically saying just that, and that they had no chance of winning... waiting to see what happens now... Keep the faith, i'm sure you will there soon..
  2. You will shortly recieve an AQ to complete. Although the limit is 5k it is up to the judge to decide which track to send it down..
  3. Right. the MSE is a very good site covering a lot of things, but the PoC templates have been falling short of what is required to be honest. You need to have a good read around on here. Please Please take your time and have a look in the Lloyds forum.. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/ http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloydstsb-successes/ I would suggest that you print of a copy of our court bundle, a new PoC and stay on CAG to get good advice and help where you need it. Start a thread in the Lloyds forum as well. Court N1 Form Court Bundle Preparing a Court Bundle Moneyclaim Online Court Fees Quick Guide
  4. Hi and welcome to the forum Kashie. The process that you will follow is relatively easy but IS NOT a get rich quick scheme. Spend time reading the FAQ pages as this will stop you making mistakes along the way, and is the most important part. Read as many threads as your eyes will allow, you will gain invaluable knowledge which will give you the confidence you need. This is a SELF HELP site and won’t do the work involved for you. However, everything you need is on here somewhere. This site is all about EMPOWERMENT and you will gain the confidence that you will need. The excellent A-Z guide compiled by Michael is a fantastic source of information. But remember, this isn’t a game. You are taking on large institutions which MAY lead to court, but you do need to be prepared. Everyone is very friendly and keen to help. Dave and Bankfodder have done a great job in producing the site, and all the moderators, helpers and current users really are a very nice bunch. Please also understand that any advice that you receive is normally based on experience and expert advice should be sought if needed. The first thing you need to do is start your own thread in the relevant bank forum. I have put some useful links onto the thread that you can refer to when needed. Good luck. See you at the other end…… Some useful links.. 7. I will get this moved to the Barclays forum. There are some great success stories in there which will help. Getting a defence is quite normal and i have just recieved mine with the NW. I wouldn't worry to much at this stage.

  9. Personal choice i think Maxine. I just felt that while i'm sat here for another 10 days waiting for the deadline to approach, i may as well put the cat amongst the pigeons and send it over to Cobbets and see what happens. Along with my reply to their defence. After all, they are waiting for me to give up, and if i send it they will then know that there isn't a chance in hell of that happening.... Just playing a few games to be honest. One of my learned friends described it as a game of Poker, i want to start playing Bluff..
  10. I have my 3rd claim that is now over 7k in total.. In have just filled out my AQ from the court, and have put on there that i wish it to be heard in small claims. This is now up to the judge to decide. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/natwest-bank/56352-josa-natwest-6-years.html On costs, you can try and ask for a Small Claims Cost Order. This basically keeps the costs as if it were small claims. I would recommend that you keep it as a whole claim and carry on as if it were Small claims. Cross each bridge as you come to it. You now need to start a thread in your relevent bank forum, so people can read and advise. Jos

  14. They do this as they know that the banks will not defend any of them. I wouldn't worry about it and just wait and see what the court asks you to do.
