Hey everybody! I've been told by a close friend, my next door neighbour in fact that cash genie having been taking double the amount of repayments of some customers. He himself took a loan and cash genie removed the money from his account on the agreed date but unfortunately they removed the same amount the following day which took him overdraw by a few pounds which means he is now expecting overdraft fees from his bank. Fair play to cash genie they did give him the money back but it isn't realyl good enough when people are living on the edge. One of there customer service reps even admitted that this is a recurring problem at the moment so my advice would be to leave them well alone until this is resolved. If you find yourself desperate for a payday loan I would go elsewhere at this current time.

I cant believe they refunded you and let you keep the laptop, thats insane. If im honest the first thing I would do is speak to the store manager and explain the situation in full, it could effect stock take etc....

Orange have ruined my credit score, they kept cancelling my direct debit for some reason, so when I thought the money was going out it wasnt meaning I kept defaulting on payments. What are they playing at !?!

Apologies for my last message hadnt read all the entire thread. Its gutting what hes done to you. You must have a case against him. He sounds like a horrible man. I would just gather as much evidence as you could, witnesses(people he called at your work, neighbours who saw your property outside) etc to make sure you win.

You dont have to go anywhere. Maybe you could arrange for the police to visit the property with you or just call them before you go there asking for assistance.

Sometimes it easier just to play ball, im sure the guy who stopped you wishes he hadn't bothered now, things like this can make other peoples job a misery sometimes.

You could ignore it and hope it goes away, or write them a short and sweet letter calling them idiots lol.

Sometimes I nice email to their manager can sort you out. I worked for a large pub chain before and my manager was giving me grief so I emailed the regional manager compalining about the way he treated me. Things soon changed. Might not work for eveyone but just a suggestion. Just remember don't leave anything to insulting in your email/letter because they might get to read it.

I dont see the point in suing the NHS, the general public fund it so you'll be taking tax payers money, and most the staff work under such stressful conditions mistakes are bound to happen now and again. What do you expect to happen in a building full of hundreds of sick people.Morally I reckon it would be wrong to sue over minor things but when major accidents occur then sometimes lessons can be learnt.

I've heard these people carry devices that can tell if you are watching TV but i doubt this is true. He tried getting me to pay because I had a laptop which ment I could watch BBC iplayer, but I refused and he backed down. I then showed him that I hadn't tuned my TV because I only used it for DVDS and playstation (also to watch telly online) but forgot to mention that!
