I finally have a court date!!!

Am listed for 22nd of February

22nd of february is apparently going to be nothing but bank charges at Bristol County Court.

See you all there folks.

Cool - as I'm currently unemployed, my diary's a little empty for February :D However, I'll bear that date in mind if someone goes insane long enough to employ me ;);)

Cheers

Michael

Great will try very hard to be there!

Once you have an idea how many are coming you could write to the court & ask that many of those with a direct interest in the matter such as other members of CAG be permitted to be present at the hearing

I won't wish you luck, Cankster, as I'm not sure if you need any more of that - there are plenty wishing you it !! May I personally wish you a clear head, the very best of determination, and magnanimity in victory !!!

In the wake of the London Rally, may I ask you this, JonCris: Is there some limit set on the size of the "public gallery" in a SCC hearing ? It ocurs to me that, perhaps, regular and increasingly sizeable appearances of a (well-behaved) CAG rent-a-mob at these hearings might itself generate some useful publicity.

Sorry - the picture just popped into my head, reading your last post.

bill-k it would be upto the court but as there is a clear public interest they might allow as many to attend as can be accomodated.

Yes I agree with you. If the courts see some of us at each & every hearing or even requesting a place at the table the effect could be to make the courts even more aware of the cause

Latest update.....

1. Still no offers.

2. Just phoned the firm of solicitors concerned to check they have doc's and without giving my name and they advised solicitor concerned is at court today. Sneakily then asked them to check his diary for tomorrow (again without giving my name and he is in court tomorrow, Bristol County Court!).

3. Looks like i'm going to have to fight the good fight.

4. Anyone want to come and hold my hand?
