  1. yes thats fine,as i say in no hurry. they said they sold me it at later date and i cant remember this. i want to see what telephone call said. what would happen if they just added it!!!
  2. I am in the middle of the process. MBNA knocked me back saying they sold over the telephone and was not a condition of sale. I am sending off for SAR as I cannot remember them calling me to add to card.

  4. Hi I am trying to reclaim PPI on a credit card which was taken out in 1996. Card was taken out 30/7/96 and MBNA later rang me 25/8/99 selling me PPI. They pushed me to have PPI and did not give me all the information, ie. did i already have a policy? what would happen if lost job? I could of got policy elsewhere etc etc I have received a letter from MBNA stating the below: You have said that the policy was not suitable for your needs. Since no advice was given our associates were not required to ask whether you had any existing insurance in place, collate any information about yo

  6. thanks, but in my honest opinion I sold as not knowing there was or if there was damp in the van.......the van never smelt, wasnt wet or had mushy walls like he said. now he has damaged walls, i am hardly going to accept it back after he has damaged it
  7. I have contacted CAB and awaiting reply. I have also contacted ebay who said I did not have a return policy on my auction so its completely up to me if want to help buyer or not - but still worried

  9. Hi Can anyone help? I sold my caravan on ebay as an auction. The highest bidder won and came and purchased it last Sunday. They fully inspected the van. I had noted some points on my auction of things that needed work doing to it or was damaged. Now they rang tonight to tell me the caravan has damp. They removed a blind (not sure why as fitted on wall) and they claim the wall is 'mushy' and their finger went straight through the wall. What are my rights here??

  12. but ive wrote that, and they wrote back saying would only give £180 and my threat of court action means nothing as signed consent form. i have referred several times to the gmac fos decision, etc etc and still they say i dont have argument. i think its time to go to fos as i have done everything
  13. i had a list of all charges when mortgage was paid off so used that. i then requested charges with first letter, then sent lba letter.
  14. i dont have copy of consent form just that GMAC have recently stated I signed consent form stating I would not pursue GMAC for any further claims. I can remember signing this and was a very basic form. I have asked GMAC for a copy and I am still awaiting
  15. well no one knew an told me to put post in legal bit as not sure how i stand with signing consent form. thats what puzzles me, will it be thrown out because of this
