Hi i am new to this site, i have sent of my charges on the 8 may which they recieved on the 9 may, they sent me a letter back saying they will let me know by the 11 of june, do i let it go that long?? HELP

Hello and welcome, crowbabe.

 

Don't let the Bank dictate the speed of your claim.Stick to your timetable.

With your first letter, give them 14 days to comply, after that send your Letter Before Action, giving them another 14 days to comply, if they don't, start court proceedings. Read all the F.A.Q.s and step-by-step Instructions. Have a look in the Woolwich Forum, read a few threads then start one yourself, there's always someone willing to help you out.
