Hi overflow, thank you for the click, how you doing today, posties not brought me my papers yet, maybe tomorrow.

 

I started off from an old pc that my fella brought home from work (it was a "throw away") he had to show me how to turn it on, & I went from there, I've learnt just about all there is to learn about PC's, apart from putting them together (I leave that to my 2 sons).

 

I've had a look at those 2 links & I now have copies on my PC so that when the time comes I don't have to search for them. Thanks Dusary, very grateful for that.

Ive not heard anythin either . If Im honest I didnt reallyexpect to yet. You know what they are like, bury their head in the sand in the hope that we will all go away. Lke thats going to happen.

 

Im at a bit of loss now I suppose I should be getting the bundle shouldnt I just in case. Have you seen all the things your supposed to put in .Phew some of them are positively GINORMOUS. LOL

 

No wonder people claim £9.25 ph it seems like its going to take ages and a whole lot of ink as well, just as well we can claim our costs back then eh!

I must admit Im nota whiz when it comes to computers. Just about manage on here. I would love to be like you ,Im green with envy of anyone who knowstheir way around these things properly, and full of admaration as well. Well done you.

 

I should imagine you will hear somethin back from the courts this week so dont despair . Like we all know they backlog is massive so we'll just have to have patience. I know thats a pain but just thnk of all the interest its gathering and the smile on your face when you get your hands on it

 

It is worth the wait even if its just for the feeling of satisfaction you'll get.

Have you started your bundle yet btw. Are you going to put loads in it as well. Give us both somethin to take our minds off waitin.

t wonderin has anyone got a copy of the T&Cs dating back to 1999 please. Ive been waitin for the Halifax to send them but their a long time comin. LOL

Id be very grateful if someone could post them for me .

Hi overflow, no I haven't started mine yet, got copies of those documents that Dusary gave us that link to though. Don't think I'll have to put much in mine though, as it's only a tiny claim compared to what some people are owed.

There's a thread that has most T&C's, I'll see if I can find it again.

Ive found one on that "take me back" site archives. Goes back to 2003 cant find one before that but Im hoping this will do. So long as Ive got one near to 1999 should be ok I hope.

Mines not all that big either really but thought Id do a bundle of sorts anyhow.

Hi overflow, got mine back this morning, it says it will be deemed served on 28 June, & haliprats have till 12 July, so I'm just 3 days behind you. So its not too bad, just gotta chill out now & wait all over again. The T&C's I need are for 1994/5 & unfortunately I can't find any for then.
