If you've given them the 14 days after the LBA then just go straight to MCOL. You've already demonstrated that you've attempted to sort is out reasonably so whatever happens next is on their own heads.

 

I would strongly recommend you read through this a couple of times it is step by step you will have all the information to hand this has to the easiest bit so far in the process just follow the instructions, then relish in the fact that you have rolled your sleeves up and about to get stuck in to them.

sent my lba via recorded delivery this morning, ohhh the power:D

 

 

Thats nothing you wait till you file your MCOL.... Ooh yeah that will make you smile :grin:

 

Then when you get the docs back you v HSBC (THE DEFENDANT) :p

Hi Nima,

Got your message - yes I'm looking at MCOL early next week - just gotta read thru the bumph again - so know exactly what I'm doin... and [if correct] bank gets 28 days from when I submit the claim to submit a defence - that is right I hope?? :):confused:

Same boat as you - working all hours - will get mine done tomorrow - have u sent a letter since your LBA to remind them you are still after their blood?? or gone straight for kill with MCOL...also did u find it easy to complete...? charliedog:p

hi mate, its been done,scary lol

no didnt send em another letter, 1 letter is enough, its there problem if they dont bother replying,lol

its simple to fill out actually, all the help is on this website,so its all done and i have my claim number in front of me :)

just having lunch then going onto MCOL webiste to go for kill!! Obviously the MCOL claim only takes account of the 8% upto todays date doesn't it ..you can't keep caluclating for the next 28 days - or can u? Unsure on this one - but I bet there's someone who knows!!!:confused:
