Do i send the SAR to the bank.

Sorry new to this whole thing.

Up until now I've felt out of control of this sitution and the only day of the week i've felt comfortable is sunday because i knew there would be no calls.

Yes, SAR goes to the bank.... the letter is in the template section. It costs £10 and should be sent rec. delivery. They have 40 day to comply with your request.

 

Have you sent off a Harrassment by Telephone : response letter... to MHall ? If not, I will post a link. Under the circumstances, you should also include the words I DO NOT ACKNOWEDLGE ANY DEBT TO YOUR COMPANY on that as well, I think. In the meantime, if they continue to call, just put the 'phone down somewhere and let them talk to the air for a while. They will eventually hang up.

I've put a block on their phone number today using Bt choose to avoid and Sent them a letter about phone harrassment.

I am so sorry to read of your father getting upset over this as well. You have gone one better and blocked them.... that is excellent !

The reason I ask I have a number of debts which I believe are over six yrs now or withinn a few months of being so. Would I be better SAR ing them all to find out the dates or sit tight for the momemnt

 

Depends on what you want the SAR for
