As i recall the service address is for people who want any correspondance to go to a different address from their home address and the reference is just your own reference that will be put onto any letters etc.

I would just use your name or account number as the reference.

Hi people. Finally got round to filling in MCOL form online. Will be submitting it tomorrow.

Just need to check, on the MCOL thread, where it shows you how to fill in the form, it says to send a schedule of charges to the court to be served with your claim. How do I know which court this is? Or does everyone use the one in the example ie. Northampton?

Cheers!
