Got the usual letter from their Solicitor Blah Blah Blah.... something about them v Kissick? Anyone know about this case???????

Yes it is subject to appeal - read here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/citicards/9085-citi-cards-request-repayment.html

Read this forum and continue with your claim as normal. Don't let Citi intimidate you. Keep us updated with your claim and any questions just ask.

In addition if you need any advice, there are plenty of people here to help you.

Advice offered by ENRON is without prejudice and is for your judgement as to whether to take it. You should seek the assistance or hire of a solicitor or other paid professional if in doubt.
