Unfortunately NatWest were not part of RBS Group at the time the transactions took place. RDPR would today be changed to RD and only bounced twice not three times. I can't speak for RBS Bank at the time.

A lot of inconsistancies.....

The fraud Act 2006 is a cracking bit of legislation and could be used to cause severe damage to certain organisations.

It is Paul. All we need now is an organisation willing to enforce it.

I think it's going to take a couple of private prosecutions before it's taken seriously by firms cos it we wait for the police or the CPS we'll be waiting until the cows come home

Read your thread, can't believe RBS have treated you like this, though from my previous experience of the company as a whole it doesnt surprise me.

Paid a visit to my MP Andrew Millers local office yetserday ...he's on holiday till Monday, but they checked to see if they had had a reply from Sir Fred Goodwin Chief Exec RBS ...........guess what ...NO ..so they sent a gee up letter on his behalf to Sir Freddie.....I think this ignorance being shown to my MP will wind him up even more...I think he won't like being ignored like I am ....I imagine this may do me more good than harm.

Hi Brian

After reading my latest emails Fred the shread would be extremely foolish to ignore your MP.

I'll give you a bell.

They are trying to pull the wool over Mr Miller's eyes. Their claim that the documents they forwarded were the same but reformatted is intended to mislead. If they'd already supplied you with all relevant documents Why would they send you reformatted documents?

I love the bit about how much time they've spent on your correspondance - what they mean is time spent painting different pictures on the same facts and manipulating the issues to suit them.

It will be worth reminding your MP about absolute privilege and ask him to bring the issue up in the House of Commons, slating RBS for their behaviour - only then can we see the fallout of their actions coming back to bite them.

Are you still involving as many Journalists as possible, Sparkie? Paul has a healthy rolodex of contacts, if you should need some. ;)

Hi Chris - have you read RBSs latest creative accounting practices.

Have deleted this post as mods think it is libelous and do not approve of it so I have removed it not to compromise the site.

The post was a copy of a letter I have sent RBS litigation dept and contained record of some 24 or so of provable false statements made by personel of the RBS and their solicitors and I named them

Apologies to all who were reading it.....all of it was true though. Libel can only be claimed when it is not true and can be proved not to true.... RBS could not have done that.

Apologies again to all
