  1. But if you remedied the Default Notice you are not in default of the agreement are you? The lender should only show missed payments in those circumstances .

Miffing her off might explain why she hasn't posted it. Can you get a copy from your barrister and post it up? It would seem that the judge issued it yesterday not today
