Nolans Solicitors

Recommended Posts

For context this issue is Scotland based.

Looking for advice re the following:

I received a letter from the above Solicitors (based in Glasgow) regarding an old credit card debt that they 'may' raise court proceedings against me.

Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with these people please?

Thanks in advance for any help offered

How old?

When did the account go into default ? When did you last make a repayment or admit liability in writing?  Have you been taken to Court previously about this debt ?

We could do with some help from you.

yes..

whom are nolans client please?

and who was the original creditor.

please scan the letter up  to PDF after reading upload carefully

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
