Parallel Parking Ltd/Gladstones Solicitors PCN claimform - ignored everything - now default judgement.

she rents from a housing trust with a licence agreement. This doesn't include a parking space.

Other properties either rent from a private landlord or are owners.

Some of these people pay for a parking permit but others park on the street.

Hers is the only property owned by the housing trust in this row of terraced properties.

To clarify, the car park belongs to a private company.

ok so supremacy of contract 'looks' out the window, but im wondering where she stands on this grace period issue.

the poc gives no timings duration, has she destroyed all the earlier letters like the pcn/ntk with pictures of in/out of the car? we re assuming this car park does have anpr cameras? someone needs to look on googly earth and see.

just spoke to her.

She says she's had nothing with timings/duration or pics of vehicle.

I've asked her to double check for any earlier letters she may have misplaced.

I'll check g. earth for anpr.

Already been looking dx...

It's a mash up of several parking areas for different things. Coaches, social club, hotel, residents, community hall, pay and display, etc.

Any signage we can see is a bit of a mess.

Can't get around to see all the area on street level spyview.

No sign of anpr, but the youngest streetview date is at least 2 1/2 years old.

Not really much help.

thats amazing, not one clue as to where st johns is.

quite frankly id contest the ccj, the only issue here is its £275 to do so.

i know this is cheeky but i cant fathom out the layout by guessing its that car park of the hotel.

could you p'haps PM me her address so we know what place to exactly look at.
