I am going through the same claim as EL21's. I am now writing the witness statement and defence. If anyone has a copy of their redacted Witness Statement and Defence, could they either PM or post on the forum please.

I can't post links from my phone but there should be a couple on EL21's thread. Each WS is slightly different so we need details from you please. One of the links will be at the beginning of EL's thread asking about the original ticket and the second will be after the claim form was received asking for details of that.

I'm a little unclear about what you want, as you've obviously already researched EL21's case.

(I say posts 123 & 125 but they might be a couple of posts above or below, sometimes the post count goes wonky).

 

There are two WSs because both her parents were sued by Simple Simon.

 

Obviously they need to be tweaked according to your own situation.  For example I remember that EL21's mum was followed and intimidated by the warden, which won't apply to your case (at least I hope not!)

 

However, if you can fill in the sticky and explain more clearly which stage your case is at, the better we can help you.

Haha hello! I just had the urge yesterday to login and to see what VCS have been up to and stumbled across this. I am definitely keeping out of Brook Retail Park!
