I want to sue a company in Northern Ireland which sold me an item and then didn't deliver.

This was an item which I bought through the Amazon marketplace at a very cheap price.

I know I could do a chargeback but they then have doubled their prices so that if I want to buy the item I have to pay twice as much.

I want to claim the expectation loss – the value of what I should have had if they had carried out their side of the bargain.

My main question of the moment is how do I sue them in Northern Ireland when I'm in England and so I can't use Money Claim Online.

There is also some jurisdictional statement which has to be included with the claim. I need some advice on that as well please

Simply issue through MCOL as per normal with your particulars but using the above.

Claimant requires an English postcode.....not the defendant ?

You may have to issue manually because of the N510.
