Hi everyone,

My dad got a PCN on the 26/08/2015 for being parked in a permit space without displaying a permit when dropping of a package for his company.

I know its a penalty charge and the chances are slim but would like to try and challenge it.

I'll upload a copy of the PCN to this post.

Thanks

Andrew

Being on legitimate business doesn't confer parking rights though. What he could do, is check if unloading is alowed in those bays, and if it is, appeal by wording the letter in such a way that the council understand that he wants to invoke the loading exemption. Enclose proof if possible, with the appeal letter.
