I received a PCN for not complying with a no entry restriction. Location: junction of Spray Street and Taylor's Buildings. Its true that I entered the road partially in order to perform a u-turn. However, due to a loading vehicle on the left kerb line of Taylor's buildings and other moving vehicles exiting that street, I was unable to manoeuvre safely without partially entering the no entry restriction. Could I please receive some advice for appealing this. Thanks.
