occupational have done the walking assessment and say he tires a lot more easily and his core muscles have to work a lot harder for him to be stable, due to the muscles needing to work harder, particularly in the hips, can appear quite clumsily and uncoordinated often falling and bumping in to things even though they can present with adequate motor skills, this is because he finds it more difficult to maintain joint stability and hence control their body and limbs.

I will do a recording of him walking to school tomorrow, i have done a few of these for his consultant and school which he is due to start in september as they refuse to change his nappies. thank you

Just an update we won the Appel :D judge says it to be back dated from 13/02/2013 till 13/05/2015, doesn't get a mobility car as under a year left on it, but main thing is my son can now get his adapted pram and trike :D

One thing that got me was judge said they have emailed the DWP to tell them the outcome bug I must keep hold of paper as they may for what ever reason say they had nothing to say I won, and I'm reading everythwhere they take weeks, months to pay out! So I called them and got well nothing on system but when we do, we may send a letter to ask about hospital stays etc but that's a May, I get feeling I'm still going be arguing with them in months!

Thank you, spoke to DWP today apparently the court had sent an email, so i informed the DWP who said it will be treated like post and placed on system then go from there, my fear is if they appeal or they just claim they haven't got anything, but if anything else happens i will let you guys know thank you all so much for the help

Spoke to them and they say it will be 6 weeks as it will go back to a decision maker to go over it, then a letter sent out to see if son been in hospital etc, then if decision maker ok with all information money paid, but she said it a lot to be paid £4261 so far, and that if they ok it,

I'm shocked it has taken so long to sort but force to wait longer, they claim they have not recieved anything from courts too, but courts emailed it on Monday, I will be ringing again on the Friday then every other day to see if recieved and what going on.

had a call today to fax the tribunal letter, i had got that day and asked questions if my son had been in hospital etc and check bank details, they said once received letter the decision maker will check everything ok and follows the law, then if all ok payment will be issued but will be upto 2 weeks till anyone looks at it. Fingers crossed all goes ok, thank you for all your help with this
