I got a new bolier installed 18 months ago which i have had on running problems with and multiple repairs I want a replacement boiler as this is not acceptible as it is not fit for the purpose, who is responsible for replacing the boiler is it the company that i used to fit it or the manufactorer of the boiler.

If the boiler is faulty then whoever you paid for the boiler itself is the retailer and so responsible for it.

If the problem is with the fitting of the boiler then the fitter is at fault.

In most cases, the two are the same as generally the fitter purchases the boiler on the customer's behalf as part of the overall cost.

Where did you get your boiler, who paid for it and who fitted it?
