Ok...you won't be able to post the sheet itself without faffing around with the file extensions.

 

You can print it to a PDF driver and post the PDF here. Make sure you remove any personal identifiers in the sheet first.

I think you are confusing me with somebody who can use a computer lol

 

I wouldn't know where to begin, I am more than grateful for your help so far and don't want to put you to any more trouble by having to teach me how to do PDF's etc

Try this method by dx100uk

 

You can start at the line I have highlighted in red.

 

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file

don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!!

BUT......

ENSURE: remove all pers info inc. barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all monetary figures and dates.

DO NOT USE ANY PDF EDITOR TO BLANK STUFF, THAT CAN BE REMOVED

DO IT IN MSPAINT.EXE or any photo editing program

if you have multiple scans/pics

put them in a word doc FIRST and convert that to PDF

convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option]

..

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites ...

 

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

.

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

try and logically name your file so people know what it is.

i'e Default notice dd-mm-yyyy

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

The inly thing is that you need to change the "claim to" date to today's date and then you are done

I have just changed it and it's put the amount at a minus??????

 

it now says -£9,355.51

Make sure your date format is dd/mm/yyyy

I had to delete and re-enter the last payment, then it righted it's self
