we got a car from ycc in 2003 and we returned the car about 6 months later

but even now we are still having to pay the gap insurance 9 years later through a debt management company

can anyone tell me if we should have had to pay the gap even though we have not got the car

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

oh dear

they are a fee paying DMP and have most prob

been cash cowing you for years

stop the the payments now

cancel the DD

and write to your bank

specifically stating they are NOT to honour any more paymnents

to this co. without your WRITTEN consent.

this is the only debt on this fake DMP?

I would also colate the over payments made over the eight years and consider legal action to recoup. Was there a fixed term ?
