You can claim 8% of each charge claiming for from the day of the charge. If you go to FAQ's you will find a link to a spread sheet that works out the interest for you.

To be honest i couldn't figure out how to use it so I did my own.

If you need any further help there are plenty of people on here more than willing to help. Good luck with your claim, I put mine in on the 29th September but still waiting for it to be served by the court. I think I made the mistake of taking it to my local court in Leeds rather than do it on line.

Filed my claim online - I appear now to have been given the option of 'judgement by default' or 'judgement by admission'. Which one do I choose?!

 

nothing yet, that only comes into operation if they don't respond to the court action within the allocated time

Is it generally the case that the bank will settle before the 14 days is up?

Yes write a brief letter explaining you received full settlement with your claim no etc....

 

I was juts about to reply that you should expect your money very soon!!! - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!
