I bought a Peugeot 207 for £2800. If the problem is as suspected being the head gasket I would be looking at close to if not more than £1000 and that's only to possibly get the car back on the road. Not to mention the £1000 if not more I've already spent on it having new timing chain, water pump, exhaust front to back 3 or 4 new engine sensors. I did my previous checks mot history research etc but its doesn't matter how much research you do when your dealing with a con man.

Hi, After coming across a thread titled Andy Long GA motors, I could really relate to the owner and others that had commented. So, in August 2023 after finding a Peugeot on Auto trader we went to have a look, took it for a test drive and purchased the car. We opted to have it delivered the following day and told that we would get a proper full receipt and 6 month warranty delivered with the car. 4 days after having the car delivered I had an oil pressure issue with the car. I contacted Andy who said he would fix it. I had the cat towed back to his house/garage for it to take him 2 weeks to supposedly change the sensor. In this time I have asked via phone and text multiple times for the receipt and warranty to which I never. After the issues with the car continued, I took it to my own trusted mechanic which he confirmed the sensor hadn't been changed. To present day, the car packed in on xmas eve with what I suspect is now a failing head gasket. So, like many others I am now put if pocket and without a car.

07437921287 that's the number I have. I bought a car off him last August and within 4 days I had an enhine issue, took him 2 weeks to change a sensor. Had countless issues with it now the car has completely packed in with possibly the head gasket packing in. I pestered via phone and text message for a receipt and the 6 month warranty and never got it, even went to citizens advice. So now like others I'm without a car and out of pocket.
