Taking the car to France next week and have just been told that a new ruling says you have to carry 2 breathalyser kits as well as everything else (triangles vests etc) anyone know if this is correct?

Thanks the French do like things in twos dont they? havent been over for a few months actually only doing a few miles in France as we are going to Belgium, but hadnt heard about the breath tests, although if you have to check yourself to see if you are under the limit then you are probably over it!

I dont think they do have rules for the french only the visiting English, we seem to have contributed to their beer money on a few occasions when they have (very politley) told us we have been speeding and if we do not have the money they will take us to the cash machine, how kind, and good for the environment, as we havent always had a reciept so no paper wastage!!
