Hi,

Today I picked up some new prescription glasses for my 6 year old and they haven't even lasted the day. They have sticker type transfers on the arms and it has started to peel off one of the arms already.

I would like to know what my rights are in terms of getting a full refund? I don't want a replacement pair as I feel it is a bad design fault and the same thing would happen again. I also don't like any of the other frames he has in his collection.

Furthermore, a different optician, today, said that they hadn't been fitted properly and my daughter has a sore, red nose from them.

I am not happy about it and would prefer a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere.

Does anyone know if I have a leg to stand on?

Thanks in advance.
