HELP ME PLEASE I am fuming, I ordered a 4 seater corner sofa from you UK Furniture Kingdom, 1 week ago today it was delivered to me last Tuesday 30/01/24 and the cushion cover stitching on the seating is already busting open, I contacted ALI AHMAD on Facebook messenger, who is a customer service representative for this company UK Furniture Kingdom and he’s seen my messages then removed himself from the chat and blocked me from accessing his page so I can no longer message him. There’s was no issue when I was ordering the sofa and he had no issues to take my money on delivery. I have also emailed you guys twice UK Furniture Kingdom and had no response.
