They are still about - it is T&R who changed their name, then back again - and who knows who they will be next week. Not sure they know themselves.

Was there a logo at the top? The registered office is not correct. At all. Offence.

The new postmark for TR is 'London W4' DB, will scan it when I get a chance.

 

Interesting that the letter is from a company in Ireland

They are committing an offence by deliberately using the wrong address, I believe.

 

So HFO Services have effectively gone dormant. Staff all gone, is a rumour I hear, some moved to Rox. But the company, its assets, and is rotten core of owners and directors still remains.

Need to find out if they would be committing an offence in not altering their Pitney Bowes franking machine to reflect the true origin of the letters. Anything to cause them grief.

If HFOS have become dormant how does that effect the markers with the CRAs and removal of such entries

The accounts should now be reported by Rox if they were previously reported by HFO Services.

Jenny - have you made a complaint to the OFT - if so can you please update them with the latest info.

 

If not you need to make one.

I did not make a complaint because they did not bother me again with demands to pay since I warned them. This was their first letter since.

What should I tell the OFT? That they are insisting on indirectly harassing me without proof?

I would ignore it for now. You’re just on a list. Bet you haven’t had any annual statements, as required by law.

Well for one thing you can complain about the letter containing this address, as it is not correct.

I received letters today from HFO saying that they have passed ' my account' (for which they failed to submit any of the documents I requested) to Roxburghe, Surrey. This is the first letter from them after my last letter in which I warned them that if they continued harassing me I would report them to the OFT.

 

Report them for the harrassment you mention.
