This poster is not 'oblivious' which is why i'm suggesting that Eugene consults someone who knows what they are talking about; a solicitor who specialises in consumer law.

 

However if you decide to put the wheels on Ebay, just describe them on the lines which vehicles they will fit. DO NOT use the word 'suitable' like the seller did to you.

the alloys were bought over the phone heliosuk ( I DO SEE THEM ONLINE )

 

i was advise by performance alloys

 

(and i repeat) performance alloys ,,,,,,,, they told me that BBS alloys said that they were ok for my transporter,and they were, 150 per cent sure about that

 

this is the phone call i made the day after i got the wheels, to performance alloys

 

now bbs alloys tells me the car is to heavy for the alloys

 

WHAT,S GOING ON .

 

can anyone explain to me ?????????????????????????????????????

You keep on asking what everybody thinks.

 

The reality is that you own a set of alloys / tyres which you bought.

 

The registrar at the county court gave you £50 back, and what we, you or anyone thinks is absolutely immaterial.

 

The only person whose opinion matters already gave his opinion, which was that you keep the alloys and £50.

 

Tough? maybe

 

Unfair? Maybe

 

Unjust? Maybe

 

But thats really the end of it unless you want to spend £000's challenging it.

 

So its no good asking what we think, becasue it doesn't make any difference.

 

Move on, its the finest way.

 

Or spend ££££, time and effort if you feel that's the best way.

 

 

But to keep on asking what about this and what abour that and why did this or that happen is absolutley pointless now.

Eugene, only a solicitor can answer your questions now. IMHO, something is not quite right here as I believe the wheels were miss-sold to you. The most puzzling thing is, the judge seems to be kind of agreeing.
