So ghost what issue was it that you needed help with when you joined cag - or do you have a specific area of expertise that you feel could be of value?

Just asking as i dont see evidence of either.

I have some past experience of working within regulation.

I have offered advice on a number of occasions - it usually doesnt tally up with what the person wants but there you go - but at least its based on the reality of what goes on out there and not what I *want* (2 distinct things of course) - at the same time I have seen shoddy advice given out on numerous occasions.

I'm here because I still have an interest in the subject but I'll pipe in now and again.

Hi, Wittsend not always that easy

take Morgans Solicitors at Cabot

the Morgan concerned is the Commercial

director and he is a solicitor, the ''legal office''

is staffed by a paralegal the same occurs

with 1st Credit and LCS solicitors, although

R.D Marr is listed as '' Principal Solicitor''

I have only had dealing with a paralegal.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
