yesterday had a phone call off someone who said he works for GRAHAM WHITE SOLICITORS told them 2 phone me back in a hour as i was busy as of yet no phone call

four more phone calls off graham white all new numbers after a long talk 2 day they told me they are going 2 take me 2 court ,told them 2 put it in writeing will it go that far ?

Keep a record of all the text messages and phonecalls they have made to you. That way, if they did actually take you to court, you have evidence for an harrasment counter suit.

Shede - there is no chance of them taking you to court. But what you could do is to answer each call and then put the phone down and let them talk to the air. They will get fed up in the end.
