DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Yes, sorry. What is meant is that for almost 2 yrs the housing benefit has only awarded just over 50% of the interest repayments of mortgage.

I have since learnt that there is a upper limit of £200k.Payments being receive is based well below this figure. The mortgage is well above this at £258k which is leaving a short full which has now mounted to almost £2000.

There has now been received a demanding letter from the mortgage company for the arrears.

The 2nd point of issue is PPI of mortgage. There has been inquires made regarding PPI to the mortgage company for information but has yet none has been received!

Any help regarding these matters would be hugely appreciated as it is now putting untold pressure

A sar is a request for all document they have that relate to you. They must send these documents to you, and the maximum they can charge is £10. You'll notice that the word SAR is a link, click that link and it will give you a template letter to ammend with your details and send. They have 40 days in which to get these documents to you.

Keeping posts on "1 thread" is refering to this thread here. If you keep all the information about your case in 1 place, anyone else in a similar boat will find it easier to read, and the advice and progress that you make will be easy to find. (I'm sure a moderator will mearge the posts here into your original thread, so no worries there :))

Best of luck, I hope this all gets resolved for you ASAP.
