hi hoping someone can help. i live with my boyfriend and too cut a long story short he has been behind on his mortgage for some time, has 10k or arreas, however this was set up with an arrangement via court that he pays 100 per month off them, which he has done and managed to do until 2 months ago. accenden have got a warrant from the court for eviction on the 11th may, my boyfriend has a date to see the judge next monday the 9th too try stop this and prove all the charges they have charged are why the arreas are going up.... im not sure i have the whole story as he only told me about the eviction date or warrant date are they the same ?? today, to say im a little stressed lol any help or advise would be great many thanks

Hi there, do you know what he wrote to the court? I'm assuming he put in a form N244 to get a hearing before the judge ? did he keep a copy and if so what did he write in Question 10 of the form.
