Any chance you can post links to your previous threads rather than rely on us to do the work for you?

Failing which let us have a summary of what's happened.

I don't think I'm any the wiser, sorry. Do you mean the threads 'Is this unfair' [surreyguy] and 'Peninsula Business Services'? They seem to be comments by you on other people's issues. Employment Problems is the forum name, not the threads.

It may just be me, I'll let the others comment, but you may need to tell us more before we can help.

Like evryone else I am mystified. But at a guess I am reading this as "I started a new job and I don't like someone that my new employer deals with so how can I get the contract broken". If that is what you mean, then I would suggest that the most likley contract to be broken will be yours if you start stirring up trouble in the first few weeks.

I am a barrister specialising in employment law, and only represent employees. My advice on employment issues is advice - not legal opinion - and is based only on the facts you provide. If you want an accurate assessment of your case and prospects, you should get legal opinion from a lawyer - not a public forum. Anything I tell you is for guidance only, and is based on my experience of the law in the context of what details you provide.
