the reason i was vague was because i represented a fellow employee against this team and i am prohibited from commenting if you get what i mean

i am not impressed with them at all

I don't think I'm any the wiser, sorry. Do you mean the threads 'Is this unfair' [surreyguy] and 'Peninsula Business Services'? They seem to be comments by you on other people's issues. Employment Problems is the forum name, not the threads.

 

It may just be me, I'll let the others comment, but you may need to tell us more before we can help.

Like evryone else I am mystified. But at a guess I am reading this as "I started a new job and I don't like someone that my new employer deals with so how can I get the contract broken". If that is what you mean, then I would suggest that the most likley contract to be broken will be yours if you start stirring up trouble in the first few weeks.
