Debt from 1988. nothing paid.

Debt acknowledged 2002.

Money secured by way of charging orders on home.

Does the 6 year unenforceable legal action rule apply.

I realise the debt still stands but can court action still be taken ?

Many Thanks for any help in this matter.

does not a charging order run till the sale of the house its against?

so is not limited by time?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks. I realise the money under charging order is still owed when the property is sold but is it enforceable ie.. can I be forced to sell ?

They would have to get an "Order for Sale" from the court

Please note i have no legal training any advice i give comes from my own experience and from what i have learned on this site
