Well Police was in contact today and as it is past 1pm I can say they wanted to go to meet FG, as Rush1 wanted to meet him today.

Know that JR was conned into the whole companies House business, and they are trying now to get her off the register.

Dear All

 

I paid FG 1000 euros in early Jan 2010 in Spain. I met him in person with 2 other people. The other people I was with also paid fees to him.

 

Have taken the advice on this forum and contacted the Ministry of Justice and Trading Standards. I will also contact Suffolk Police. The more details these bodies have the better.

 

Lets hope someone catches up with him soon.

 

I feel sorry for all involved and find it very disappointing that people like FG exist in the world.

Yes there were, plenty I have all the succsess cases scanned in my computer, names erased this is the reason why the police couldnt do much, they said in a letter to me, that each case is individual and some take longer then others.

The work was tranfered to a Solicitor after the process had finished, but after the recent case in december 2009, he decided to send them back to Kubic. So and thats when FG got in panic!

Success letters being posted will not really achieve anything-least of all remove the anger from victims here.

Whether there was success or not in some cases does nothing to explain why so many handed over money for a service they did not recieve.

I dont understand the ins and outs of the law and wont pretend to. But I feel personally that anyone with a knowledge of law as in degree level would/should know better than to use a us method in the uk. I feel there should be some culpability and warning linked against them to make sure such a degree in the future is marked with a warning as in dont employ in legal capacity. Dont allow to become solicitor.

 

We can all in life find we have been sucked into something, its what you do when you realise something is wrong. I feel you should have approached the police straight away and not used the argument you were afraid. I know who are afraid the people conned by this company, I know who I have sympathy for them, not someone involved in it, wether claimed by accident or not.

 

I once had a job in bhs, I was only 18 and I was to sort out the sale stock and mark down damaged items and I was being trained in this. A number of the staff regulary used to take a perfectly good item and stomp on it saying it could be repaired and deliberately get the woman to discount the item, even down to putting in certain area of store and family member would collect.

 

I was a young and impressionable girl with no legal training but I was able to learn right from wrong. I walked out after telling the store manager what they were up to and said I dont want to carry on working in that store. The woman training me said I was being silly and overeacting. If I had stayed I would have been as dishonest as her because of my knowledge something was wrong, and that is my personal opinion.

 

I due to my actions obviously put myself out of work. As I walked down the road home I came accross a train area head office and walked in. Remeber again innocent and niave and thought just walk in. I asked for a job and was asked why I had left my job so promptly. I told them and they rang back a day later offering me a job, I went on to be promoted to working with cash in the booking offices, they obviously needed to trust people and hopefully saw that in me.

 

If I was in your position natasha I would be worried to the extent of paranoia of my future career. You state you didnt realise, fair enough I take that on face value, but for goodness sake surely there was more you could have done. Was it a good law degree you got, I hope you dont work in law again or who can trust anyone.

Very true, but then again it was not handed to me, I still have people calling who claim they signed up with KUBIC, but they have no idea where the paperwork went, fact is that he took £5000 for a mortgage, something I was not involved with, but I passed a girl from this area over to him, regarding a mortgage, and she called me last week and told me she never ever heard anything of either FG or the company, so all I could say to her is you better "start paying" she shouldnt have stopped paying in the first place, it is so dangerous with secured loans and mortgages.

yes fair enough, but people post untrue things, and fact is that i havent taken the money, in fact i am in contact with a lot of kubic clients, who I actually help without any money handed over to me, but it is getting out of hand, because there are 82 at least, plus those who were with different companies.

I was involved in family law before we did debt management as well, but nothing with unenforcebility.

If you ask a GP to do heart surgery, he wouldnt really know!!! I went into this to quickly last year, I do know the Consumer Credit At very well, and succsess can be proven.

 

I know you are all hurt and I understand that, but the reallity is that FG took the money, there is a reason why I and several other people, people ( dont want to name them)here have resigned in writing to both of Franks addresses, and the reason is, that he did not pay us!!!!!

 

Last year I begged him to pay me I said to him if you dont pay me I have no other choice bu look for another job. He then said to me that he will put me on the spanish payroll, good I thought that helps, but it never hapened. I borrowed money to send letters for clients out!!

If I was unfit, I wouldnt have had any succsess. I dont know your situation, as I dont know who you are, but the reality is, that some agreements are enforceable and some are not.

In Feb, we called her, to warn her! but we couldnt reach her. simply because I had a feeling he would do that. Whoever had any dealings with FG knows, that he can easily manipulate people, he has the most calming voive I ever heard, whenever there was a problem I called him, and he would just say" dont worry natasha, leave it to me". Then he would call back ten mins later, and say that everything was sorted and the world is so wonderful. It is strange, because I have spoken to people and they said, they would have never parted with £600 a card, but it is the way he acts. He actually supported me last year when I had this no Licence problem, and I just trusted him.

I as said am not legally trained but have learnt on the unenfor or enforcebility of cca from this site. I didnt need to do anymore than ask a question and advice followed. You will find we all on this site can find out the difference and dont need a law degree to do that or those who do have knowledge do it for free. I personaly dont judge a person by how much success they have had in the past, but by their most recent actions. You will on balance have had some success, but surely not more than anyone could get from looking on here. I dont need you to know my situation, I am an unbiased person observing and only judge on what you type yourself.

 

I find it concerning that you still clearly think you are able to give advice on such matters, after all you said you specialise in family law, is that right. I am entitled as a cagger to from reading your posts have a concern that you are still giving consumer advice to those who phone, after all you resigned, what comeback does anyone have if any advice is wrong.
