  1. The company should no be active because there is no directorate. I did not deal with Kubic as I just paid Natasha on a per item basis like Frank did. Jessica was never really a director. Frank used her to dump this on and being an innocent young girl did not realise this. One thing I do know from a reliable source is that on UK credit cards alone he took c £120k of money. Apparently £200 per card or client was paid to Natasha so there should recourse there. The balance of the money is goodness knows where. I would have thought Companies Jouse would have picked up te fact that there is no director. As far as I understand the shares have not been transferred so he still owns the company. The scale of this operation is quite scary.
  2. Actually it was not MOJ but SRA closing their law firm down.
  3. Have MOJ closed down Cartel/ I thought they had stopped their legal firm from operating but as yet I was not aware Cartel have been closed down. This sould really be another thread of it's own as their guys are still out there selling. One was at Chambers of Commerce in my region the other week.
  4. I never in insulted anyone. The fact is that if you pay someone to process legal matters you expect the staff to have legal knowledge, be able to address letters to a bank properly (as opposed to bank name, Reading and a incorrect postcode) and be trained. Even if this system had any legal basis, the number of errors that took place would have prevented a high success rate anyway. There are still many matters that need looking at here other than who took most of the money. Given that Natasha was paid to do the legals, should she not refund this to clients?
  5. I am afraid you have missed the point entirely as have so many sheep who just follow the" it is all Frank's fault" lot Natasha Tate was paid by Frank to process paperwork. Therefore why did she not shout sooner that there was a problem and stop taking any further business on. DO YOU NOT REALISE THAT FRANK DID ACTUALLY PAY SOMEONE TO PROCESS THE PAPERWORK ON A LEGAL BASIS? This is what you have overlooked. If she had said no to more money and work from him the [problem] would have ground to a halt where credit cards are concerned. A [problem] cannot operate successfully by one person alone. An intelligent assessment of what has gone wrong has not yet been done on this thread.
  6. Natasha I don't lie. The fact is that many clients had comfort in the fact that Frank referred everything to his legal advisers. You were his "legal advisers". Operating as Tate-Lloyd Legal Services LLP gives the impression you are a solicitor. On this basis clients had some comfort even if they did not see through the New York, Paris, London nonsense on the letterhead. You were not qualified to conduct this work but carried on regardless. Tinker has raised some questions which remain unanswered. Yes yes (yawn)we know you are referring this to your solicitor because you cannot answers these matters. Are you denying you used the BOE act too? All the clients posting on here will have evidence that you did.
  7. Quite agree. I think many are under the impression that the debts are settled when they are not. Just because the banks go silent does not mean anything. I understand that this BOE system has no legal basis.
  8. You did not have my permission. If you did why did you deny using it? Why did you keep on saying the system was working when it was not
  9. To be conducting legal work with client's important financial matters, one would expect staff to be educated to a certain level. This may have reduced the errors experience by all dealing with you.
  10. Well, well, yet another of Frank's clients called me today. It seems Natasha was using my company name from March last year for his clients when I first met her. This [problem] operating from Metropole Chambers needs serious investigation. How is it that I repeatedly raised this matter with the owner of Metropole Chambers he did nothing about it? How many people operated this [problem]? It is not just Frank to blame guys. Just because he took most of the money does not alleviate the guilt of the others. This poor client who spoke to me had not paid his creditors for a year. Told him to go to CAB and the police. How many more? Natasha, your number is up girl!!! How on earth can you sleep at night knowing your actions have affected so many. Did you not consider being just an office girl you were out of your depth? Or was the temptation and enjoyment of running your own business, being able to start at 9:30 and take long lunch hours, finish early and take Fridays off leaving your office run by teenagers and an uneducated father just too much to resist. The numbers of errors you made were ridiculous and this is backed up elsewhere. At what point would you have stood up and displayed some integrity. Oh yes, when you stopped receiving money!!!!! Shame on you Natasha Tate. Sure you will threaten to sue me because you have no assets and you know every trick in the book.
  11. Quite agree. So many times, the default judgements went out to wrong addresses. The default judgement that went out to Welcome Finance from Natasha re a secured loan had an incorrect address so that Welcome Finance never received it. The errors were endless so that even if this [problem] system had any legal basis, the process was not operated correctly. Frank would frequently call me and say that he was not providing any more business to her until the errors were corrected. She will probably try to sue me for saying this because she has no assets whatsoever and it would be a quick way for her to try and get money out of me!!!!!!!!! The reality is that we have only scratched the surface of what is going on here. Clearing mortgages? I have to say that Frank never said he could do that to me but just get compensation. The bottom line is in life: If something seems to go to be true, it usually is. We all learn as we progress through our life journeys.
  12. Just for any one new coming to this thread. I called Natasha Tate repeatedly telling her to stop using my company name and also called Russell Waters who I understand owns Metropole Chambers.
  13. What a b.....d! How could any person trap a 20 year old innocent girl like this. As we know she resigned as soon as she realised she had been conned. Just how low can human beings sink?
  14. Hi there, I actually did not pay anything to Frank Galler. All my money was paid to Natasha Tate.
  15. Well, that is what I have been posting all along. Of course one person cannot do this alone. The centre of operation was within Metropole Chambers where the BOE system was conducted. This is where Frank sent the information to be processed and from where the BOE system ran. Frank did not process the paperwork himself. You cannot run a [problem] like this alone. Whether those who processed the paperwork did this knowingly or just ignored the obvious issues and deceived those in contact regarding the success of the process is another issue. This [problem] could not be operated by one person. Think about it!
  16. In all honesty, the first point of call has to be your bank to stop any action that they may have planned. I don't know anything about Spanish banks, however, the one thing I do know is that never rely on anyone else with serious matters. No time to waste. speak to them today. Explain you have been caught up in a [problem]. In the UK, there are issues with mortgages but it tends to be subprime lenders and also where mortgage brokers have failed to give "best advice" and compensation is available through a government scheme or another route. For your situation, contact your lender and start making payments. The earlier the better. Obviously you need to speak to a solicitor there also but they can sit on matters. It is your home, your life, you contact the bank and take responsibility to oversee what any solicitor does. Trust noone. Best of luck.
  17. You need professional advice. Citizens Advice Bureau will work to get them to stop chasing you. Absolutely make an appointment. Silly question, but do you have any large sums due in? If so, you should negotiate to settle with lenders. They may accept say £3k for a £10k debt. You could also contact Payplan, just google them and get a debt management plan in place. I would also contact a local debt advisor who is registered with your local chamber of commerce and find one who will provide professional advice. I am not qualified but if you have no other debts, it sounds as though a debt management plan would be the solution. Very easy to arrange although the fees monthly vary. There may be some law firms who operate in your area who will start a DMP but also check out your agreements free for enforceability and negotiate settlement. There is one near Liverpool who do this. They do not charge you extra. CAb is the first step to get the lenders off your back as this can be very stressful to deal with on a day to day basis. Good luck, and you know what, you are not the only one taken in.
  18. The sight of my two beautiful bunnies in my neighbour's garden chilling out on their sunlounger. My neighbour welcomes them into their garden. Even buys them strawberries!
  19. Sorry to hear about your mother's situation. Why did you think a solicitor was dealing with the paperwork? Sorry to inform you but the person dealing with this was just an office clerk a year or so ago and not a solicitor. We have all been fooled.
  20. Thanks for the support posters. I am feeling the love. I told someone yesterday, I have been calling upon my angels for help to unravel this and to understand how someone as decent as myself could get her clients messed up in this. I just did not expect my angels to act so fast and as effectively! P.S Ask your angels for help and they will. They can't help us if you don't ask. When they do help, thank them.
  21. Russell called me again. I cut him off. Do you think he is worried?
  22. Natasha/Russell You have been told not to call me so please do not.
  23. Well, isn't it just? Ooh, let's be careful, Russell's mate may just send us a letter threatening to sue us!!!!! Funny, really, because his solicitor mates usual clients are animals, no really. He is referenced in the Horse and Hound!! ;-)
