Looking at recent decisions by the Solicitors' Disciplinary Tribunal, I came across some interesting information that I thought I'd share: On 2 February 2010, the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal made an Order in respect of one Geoffrey Lloyd, against whom an allegation of dishonesty was proved, and he was also found liable for costs. Geoffrey Lloyd was a solicitor's clerk, and a partner in a LLP called Swansea Legal Services which took over another solicitor's practice (PJ Williams). What has all this to do with Tate-Lloyd, you may ask. Well, PJ Williams address was 53 Mansel Street, Swansea - the same as Tate-Lloyd!

Suffolk police advised me they were collecting all the files they found of our yesterday from swansea and will go through them in due course and send back to us

my loan wasnt touched as i have recieved a letter from a credit management company used by the bank now which is great news!! i cant believe the police cant do anything thats madness!! i have been to a bank and asked advise and they have advised me to go to the obbudsman as they think my loan was mis sold to me in the beginning so iam going down that route now!

there is nothing the police can do, they have had a conference call with the moj and as some people's claims were settled etc they can't proceed. he advised to do a group civil case against him but this will cost more money! so im at a loss with all this now and have kissed goodbye to everything!

i also have just recieved 'the letter' from mr galler stating he has resigned and ms rees is liable (which we all know isnt true) and if we want to persue him to contact these solicitors, to me seems mr G is biding some time hence sending these letters out to us! he has signed this with his spanish address, thought he was already in the states??

when i calld suffolk police they didnt seem to know what i was going on about, but as you see in earlier posts the guy dealing with it is away and back on monday so ill have to wait till then to call, but ill call my local one in the mean time
