not sure if this is the right forum to post but:-

egg, citi, mint, nat west, barclaycard visa, master , & platinum cards, all to the limit and all been stopped.

am i right in thinking the first action is to send CCA letters followed by the SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST forms .

then go from there ?

CCA all of them with one pound paid for each. They have 12 days plus 2 to respond, and even if they don't within it that time then I would'nt do nothing more until they do as none of will be able to enforce any debt.

Hi, grenville353.

You should start a new thread for each of your creditors in the appropriate Forum's, keep them updated, there's always someone around to help you out.

You should also consider claiming back any charges levied on the accounts.

Regards.

Scott.

Yes, you do.(Wait until you get a reply to your CCA requests)

Like Consumer dude advised, see how you get on with the CCA Requests, claim back the charges if they come up with any enforceable ones.
