I have been having a look on the site for info about black horse finance. They took my car off me last year, i haven't been able to make any payments to the outstanding amount, them having sold it for less than 2/3 of its value. I have now received papers to attend court and was looking to find out if this credit agreement is one of those that are unenforceable.

mine is exactly as the one in the link above, any advice would be much appreciated.

thanks very very much

Michelle

Hi Michelle this is a link to thread you mention http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/vehicle-retailers-manufacturers/194164-help-advice-black-horse.html#post2101032

You could up-load both your agreement and court papers via photo-bucket or similar, the experts here will need this information, in order to advise.
