Hi HSBC fans,

I'm currently at stage 3 with my claim against Barclays - did my MCOL yesterday...

Anyways - I've obviously been spreading the word about the banks unlawful charges, and had a few work collegues join in for the cause.

A friend Val - has received all her statements and is currently in the process of going through the statements and highlighting the charges from her bank HSBC.

Unfortunately the statements aren't as clear as mine were from Barclays so I've come to ask you nice people a question.

On the statements there are charges that simply say:

'Bank Charges to 01Nov2000 - £27.50' - we think that these are charges for unauthorised overdraft, in that we don't think that she had an overdraft and was going overdrawn...but the lack of description on the statement has made us question this...

Simple question if you know the answer!

Thanks in advance

Thanks guys,

So on the spreadsheet I just put in respect of 'Total Charges to 01Nov2000' for example? It seems that the charges are for going overdrawn, but I thought that they would have to detail the charges...

Thanks again
