Statements received from Link - Are they significant?

Last year I CCA'd Link Financial re two accounts.

 

For one of the accounts they couldn't produce a CCA, and

for the other account the CCA was unenforceable according

to myself and the advice received from the good

folk on here.

 

Nothing from then until yesterday, when I received two statements

from Link in respect of the two accounts, showing outstanding balance

(which is exactly the same as last year).

There is no demand for payment as such, no threats either,

although on the reverse of the statement there are details for where and how to make payments.

 

Will this just be a standard auto produced statement, or does it

signal the start of another purge against me?

Should I just ignore?

Why those have suddenly turned up, don't know but as part of the CCA they are supposed to give statements of account.

Well I wonder if I will get anything ever again from them. I've not heard nothing from them for a while but I have sent them a letter to tell them they cannot sell my data to any other third party given them 14 days to respond. It will be interesting to see if they dare reply.

I believe as part of the CCA2006 amendments they now have to send you statements every 6 months.

What are the implications if they don't send you statements every 6 mths, and does this apply to accounts taken out pre 2006
