Ive sent in my 1st letter requesting in 400 in charges, they sent back saying they would give 150 in full and final payment. I rang them and told them it wasnt good enough and I would be sending a LBA, which I did. Its day seven now and no reply, I take it that its time to use moneyclaim now but im a little unsure on what to fill in, ive looked in the libraries section but still not crystal clear, can anyone help?

thanks

Steve

Since filing with moneyclaim my case has been transferred from Northampton to Pontefract (my local town) then to Leeds county court and ive just got a letter saying its going to leeds mercantile cour and if I have any objections to let them know within 7 days. This has been going on for months now, I just want a court date and some action. Anyone have any idea why its following this route?

There were some cases in London which were referred to the Mercantile Court.

There is a forum especially for this - do a search on 'mercantile' and you should find it
