you then demand the entire balance stating disposal of the goods.

the next sentance you state the vehicle was RETURNED

 

EXCUSE ME

 

YOU SENT TWO GOONS TO COLLECT IT

 

so are we under the default or termination regs

 

MAY I SUGEST YOU GET LEGAL ADVICE

YOU HAVE MADE A TOTAL PIGS EAR OF IT SO FAR

 

I FANCY A TRIP TO WALES TO ENJOY THIS ONE

I only found this thread today but I have gone thru it all. I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed it and how much I have learned from it. Please keep going till you have the knockout. No round three, this bloke will not stop until you make him.

F.U.Ltd seems an apt name for this company. I hope he can take the joke when it backfires on him.

Does it make any difference that the solicitors letters are not signed in any persons name, just the name of the company?

Hi Posti

Agreed about the bullies. I notice that there are a company of financial advisers registered at the Paddocks; I wonder if they are by any chance related.

I also wonder if there may possibly be any fiduciary duty involved here.
