Do the CCA request to First Credit, who will of course totally ignore you but we can deal with that as and when.

Bank of Scotland have managed to produce my agreements going back to 2001 so, if you can afford the £10, it would be worth doing your SAR request now so that if and when 1st Credit do manage to produce an agreement and assuming it's valid, you can then go for the charges immediately.

Hi, pete.

Send a SAR to hbos, total up the charges, then claim them back.

If they somehow come up with your agreement, claiming back the charges will reduce the debt.

Postal Order's are favorite, signatures can be 'lifted' from cheques, allegedly ;)

Company name will do.
