OK Fred, give me 5 mins.

VG - I can't guarantee that I'll be able to answer this for you, but somebody will.

Regards.

Fred

Before you criticise another man you should first walk a mile in his shoes. Then, when you criticise him, you'll be a mile away and he won't have any shoes on.

Don't get me confused with somebody knowledgeable by all those green blobs. I got most of them by making people laugh.

OK Fred, maybe someone can understand it better than me, thanks for your help

Hi VB, those figures are confusing. I'm off to bed now, but I'll have a look tomorrow to see if I can spot anything obvious. Something doesn't seem right but I'm not sure. APR confuses everything!

Regards.

Hi VG, I've not been around for a while. Hope all is well.

What you have posted is the copies of the interim charging order which informs you of the date for the hearing for it to be made final (or not). The interim order is made without a hearing and will be removed if your representation for it not to made final are succesful.

MOst important is that you serve and file your objections at least 7 days before the hearing.

OK, I have a hearing in January 2009

OK will do, btw, did you notice my post above re a letter from the court saying the debt is now paid?

None of this makes sense to me. If the Insurance Premium was 5% of the total loan, then the amount should have been £900. Something seems odd.

Regards.

Fred

Hello Fred

Did you manage to make any sense of those figures?

Not to worry if your busy.

Hi VB, sorry, been a bit busy with other stuff so I'm just catching up. I ran that through a loan calculator and it all stacks up. Sorry, from what you'd posted it didn't make sense to me but once I'd seen the agreement with the figures on it, it became a bit clearer. I might try and build my own loan calculator for use on this site if nobody has done it already.

Regards.

as per you post: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/show-post/post-1868506.html

OK, I'm confused by this post here by tomtern

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/show-post/post-1238713.html

I'm not questioning tomtern he's much more experienced than I'll ever be, however, I just need it clarifying, as tom believes they can re issue a faulty DN.

Yesterday I received a copy of my CCA, no postage marks on the envelope, hand writing on the envelope was appalling, inside the envelope just one piece of paper containing my "CCA" no T&Cs enclosed, due to legal proceedings against me, I've issued a CPR request, should I just ignore the CCA that came yesterday?

Hi Noomill,

Did you mean me or Von Greenbach?

Was wondering if youd spotted anything interesting about Von Greenbachs agreement.

Unfortunately not. I was a bit concerned about the figures, but once VB had posted up the agreement with the figures on it made sense.

I think it would be good if somebody with tons more knowledge than me could have a look at it though. If we keep posting it will bump the thread up to the top. The other option is to click the red triangle and ask one of the mods to take a look.

Regards.
