Not sure where to start on this one

went into woolworths last friday and paid cash for trampoline £200 they said delivery company would call me on monday

no phone call so called delivery place (wincanton) who informed me that all deliveries have been stopped for woolworths and to get in tough with woolworths.

spoke to them today and woolworths have said because administrators have gone in they cannot send trampoline and cannot get refund.

I paid on a friday and on the sundy they announce gone bust - why take my money they must of been aware on the friday

what do i do now no xmas pressie for my kids and no money

woolworths have advised me to call next tuesday and they may be able to update me but could go on for months cant even say if i will get any money back or trampoline.

can anyone shed any light on the situation and what do i do next??

thanks

Woolworths financial position was all over the papers last week.

As you paid cash you have very little in the way of protection if the worst happens.
