It will be interesting to see Restons reaction to your defence, and whether they will still send one of their 'standard' letters saying that your case has "no merit", or "no reasonable prospect of success" and "we will be applying for summary judgement".

 

Yes, I will certainly scan in or type contents for expert advice if I do get such a response.

 

Don't worry too much if you do get such a threatening letter as it seems to be one of their automatic knee-jerk responses to anybody who dares to stand up against them.

 

Thanks for that, it's great to get reassurance from those who've been through this....makes me feel a bit like Wolfie "Power to the People" and very much reassured

 

If I do get panicked, I will scan up whatever nastiness they send me and perhaps one of you good people can reply with in massive font the helpful mantra .....

but more fancy than I have with flashing lights and flowers to get my attention and calm me down...or a picture of a nice cup of tea and in the words of "Shaun of the Dead" when faced with zombies about to break in through the window, "Have a sit down?"

 

anything to get me back to reality and non panic mode :D:D:D
