Totally agree about Barclaycard being bullies. I had the Mercers default notice, which from what I can gather isn't worth the paper its written on. I refused to communicate with them and reported B/C and Mercers to Northampton T/S, who admittedly have been very quiet! Now I don't get a thing from Mercers, but its been handed over to Credit Solutions who have sent a formal demand, which I of course have responded to, telling them where to go :D and inviting them to take me to court if they so desire as they won't win as B/C are still in dispute having not sent the correct documentation.

 

This has been going on for over a year now, they are a nightmare. Good luck and don't worry, you will get loads of good advice on here :)
