Hi All

Does anyone have an update on whats happening with the bank charges/court situation??

I haven't seen anything on the news about it, nor can I find much on here.

If anyone can give me a quick update or a link i'd be really grateful!

Thanks

Poppy you can find a blow-by-blow account of the proceedings here:

TEST CASE NEWS - Penalty Charges Forum

The latest is that the Test Case is likely to run to at least Thursday, and after that the Judge will make a statement regarding the stays/FSO waivers.

The Guardian and Observer are running a column on it each day also, and you can get them online.

Hi Poppy,

Hope you find what you need.

Can you please use your old thread instead of starting new ones - this keeps your case together so pee ps can follow your case properly and give better advice when it's needed.

This is your main Barclays thread - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/barclays-bank/94734-wasted-costs-beginning.html - save it in Favorites or Bookmark it so you can find it easily.

Thanks, Slick
